Thanks to the Imprimerie Louis-Jean, students are offered
a 50 % discount on all fees. Copy of a valid student ID card must be
provided when registering.
This discount applies to all services offered to participating students
for the conference and tutorials, including meals and social events; it
does not apply to accompanying persons.
Hotels: bookings at hotels close to the Palais du Grand Large should be made separately from the conference and tutorials registration (see below). Students are asked to kindly pay their hotel accomodation in full. During the conference, students should bring their hotel bills to the EuroTeX office; GUTenberg will then refund 50 % of the amount of each invoice, up to a limit of FF 100 per night and per person.
Participants to the EuroTeX'98 conference and/or tutorials should complete a registration form:

Pre-registration is recommanded using these forms, either online, by fax or email. Registrations without payment or purchase order will not be accepted.

In all cases, an invoice will be issued in return.
Fees will be returned in full for any written cancellation received before March 20, 1998 (date of postmark). No refunds
will be made for cancellations received after this date.

Participants should reserve their own accommodation. Preferential rates
have been negociated with hotels close (within 15 minutes walk) to the "Palais
du Grand Large" (where WEPT takes place). GUTenberg will refund part
of these fees for students (as explained previously)
