GUTenberg 2001 Meeting Documents for the XXIst century Metz, 14th–17th May 2001

The conference fee is 700 FRF or 110 E. There is a special 50% discount for students (except for meals), thanks to a special fund from Imprimerie Louis-Jean (See also the sponsors). The conference fee includes:

• a copy of the proceedings,
• lunches for the registered days (Tuesday, 15th, Wednesday, 16th and Thursday, 17th)
• the Tuesday diner party.

The fee does not include the other evening meals, accomodation or transport fares.

Supplementary lunches can be ordered for accompanying people.

People who want to attend the GUT2001 meeting are kindly asked to fill in the registration form (ps, pdf), to sign it and to send it either with payment or with an order form to :

You can also pre-register online thanks to this form. Should you need a signed invoice, please inform us as soon as possible and we will send you one.

Warning: it is advisable to pre-register using the online form. But only registrations with a valid order from the claims department or with a valid payment will be taken into account.

Registration deadline for GUT2001 : April, 30th 2001.

Payments should be sent to the conference’s office when registering:

• with an order form (for French, Belgian and Swiss institutions),
• by cheque or Eurocheque made out to the order of GUTenberg and attached to the registration form (please, do not send foreign cheques or cheques made out in a foreign currency ),

  Make sure you mention your name and reference the GUT2001 meeting. Also check that the transfer fees will be paid by your bank. Transfers which will involve costs for GUTenberg won’t be accepted.

• by credit card: please check the appropriate box on the form, fill in and sign the appropriate part. The following cards are accepted : Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard. An invoice will automatically be sent back.

Should you want to be refunded, you will need to send a written demand to the conference’s office before April, 16th 2001 . No refund will be possible after this date.
